Anette Sagen performed best in official training in Ljubno. Iraschko and Grässler neck-and-neck in the second round.

Today in the evening two official training rounds were held in Ljubno. Norway's Anette Sagen clearly set the longest distance in both of them (80.0 and 86.5 m). Overall Continental Cup leader Daniela Iraschko (AUT) and Germany's Ulrike Grässler, third in the overall standings, had weaker tries in the first training round, but in the second round both were able to jump 83.0 meters, the second longest distance of that training. Also Austria's Jacqueline Seifriedsberger (77.0 and 81.5 m), Coline Mattel (FRA, 77.0 and 78.5 m) and Elena Runggaldier (ITA, 78.0 and 75.0m) had long jumps.
