Jacqueline Seifriesberger performed best in the official training in Lillehammer. Line Jahr was best in the second training round.

In the first training round on the HS100, Austria's Jacqueline Seifriesberger jumped on 101.0 meters. This was the longest jump of today's official training. Seifriedsberger passed on the second training round. Second longest distance was set by Germany's Juliane Seyfarth, who jumped on 99.5 meters, also in the first round. The Americans Jessica Jerome and Lindsey Van both jumped on 96.5, Austria's Daniela Iraschko on 92.5 meters.

The second training round was started with a little shorter inrun, so the jumps were slightly shorter. Longest jump in that one was by Norway's Line Jahr. Still jumping only 83.0 m in the first, she was able to improve and land at 96.5 meters. Van's 91.5 m were the second distance of the round. Jerome and Iraschko both jumped on 90.5 meters.
