Maren Lundby won the national championships in Sprova ahead of Gyda Enger and Silje Sprakehaug.

On Saturday the Norwegian normal hill nationals were held on the HS 100 in Steinkjer-Sprova. There was heavy snowfall all day there, so only one competition round was held. There were seven competitors on the start list.

By a jump on 96.5 meters Maren Lundby was able to win her first national gold medal. Second and third ranked Gyda Enger and Silje Sprakehaug both jumped on 93.0 meters. As she got decently higher judges points, Enger had 0.5 points advantage over Sprakehaug.

Anette Sagen (90.5 m), Line Jahr (88.5 m), Jenny Synnøve Hagemoen (85.0 m) and Karoline Andrea Røstad (78.5 m) finished on ranks four to seven. The ladies competition was held together with the men's championship, that was won by Anders Bardal.
